Provotics is a computational oncology project that bridges wet-lab biology and machine learning to turn one RNA-seq profile into a portrait a researcher can act on.
The information needed to understand a tumor, where it came from, what kind it is, and what might treat it, is written in its gene expression. The challenge is reading it accurately and honestly. Provotics exists to make that read accessible, calibrated, and explainable, so it can support real research.
